For those that missed it, a few weeks ago the Prime Minister stood up in the Commons and answered a couple of questions from Ed Miliband on commissioning.
His answer demonstrated that not only does he not understand his own Health & Social Care Bill, but he doesn't even understand the difference between commissioning of health services and delivery.
Another demonstration as to why the Government is now in the position it is in.
